Yes! We carry liability that meets or exceeds the industry standard.
Are you bonded?
Yes! Although we have never had a theft occur, we have bonding in place to provide piece of mind to our clients so if something were to happen they are covered.
How many people on the crew will do the cleaning?
We select the number of people assigned to a job based on the needs of your facility.
What happens if someone calls into work?
We cross-train team members in multiple locations, including those they do not regularly service. This prevents any lapse in service do to an employee missing work.
About how long will it take to finish the job?
The amount of time it takes to finish a job depends on multiple factors including the scope of work, size of facility, and number of people assigned to the facility.
What are the usual times you do the cleaning?
It depends on the type of work. Our day porters work daytime hours and our evening crews typically operate between 5pm and 12am. We are flexible though, so don’t hesitate to ask about specific hours if needed.
What type of products are used?
We only use high-quality cleaning products and also offer green cleaning options.
Does the office cleaning include disinfectant products?
Yes! We use disinfectants in bathrooms and on high touch points like door knobs, phones, light switches, etc. We are also flexible and can adjust to your needs.
Do you do windows?
Yes! We offer window cleaning services.
Do you clean windows from the outside?
Yes! We offer exterior window cleaning services.
Do you have carpet cleaning if necessary?
Yes! We offer carpet cleaning and extraction services.
Does your cleaning crew take the necessary COVID-19 precautions while cleaning?
Yes! Our team is trained on safe cleaning procedures including those related to COVID-19
Is your cleaning crew insured against job-related injuries even if they occur at the place they are cleaning?
Yes! We provide workers’ compensation insurance for all of our employees.
Do you do residential cleaning?
We do not provide residential cleaning services at this time.
What type of businesses do you service?
We offer cleaning services to all types of businesses including but not limited to office buildings, office suites, auto dealerships, event venues, fitness centers, government buildings, medical facilities, places of worship, warehouses, educational facilities, financial institutions, hospitality buildings, and more!
What types of services do you offer?
We offer evening cleaning services, day porter services, carpet care, floor care, window cleaning, pressure washing, and more!
What’s the minimum square footage required for service?
The minimum square footage we service is 5,000 sqft.
What’s the maximum square footage you will service?
We don’t have a maximum square footage.
Do you work on weekends?
Most of our team operates during the week but we can work with you to meet your needs.
What type of floor care do you offer?
We offer stripping and waxing, scrubbing, and scrub/recoat services.
What do you mean by touch points?
Common touch points include pens, counters, shopping carts, tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, stair rails, elevator buttons, desks, keyboards, phones, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
Do you provide consumables?
Yes! We partner with a local vendor and supply items including but not limited to paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and more!
Do your vacuums have HEPA filters?
Yes! Our vacuum cleaners use triple filtration including HEPA.
