As the founder, with over 10 years of experience in the janitorial industry, Jason’s primary objective is to understand the needs and wants of our clients and to meet them beyond their expectations. Responsible for leading NAE in the right direction, Jason ensures that we realize our mission to be the best janitorial company in the eyes of our clients and employees. He designs strategies that best execute each segment of the business and makes sure the right people are placed in an environment where their skillsets and expertise can be best applied.
With 7 years of training, development, and operations experience, Anthony oversees the systems in which NAE operates. He leads in the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver NAE’s services. He is responsible for ensuring that all of our operations run in the most efficient and effective manner possible, that all the equipment, supplies, and chemicals are properly sourced, and that our teams are on task, and flourishing in their roles.
With over 20 years of administrative experience and a broad range of skills, Marta ensures that the administrative side of the business runs smoothly. She manages our administrative team and is the first point of contact for Customer Service-related issues. Some of her skills include Office Administration, Asana Project Management, and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
With almost 20 years of accounting management experience, Cheryl has a deep knowledge of our accounting platform and uses her expertise to streamline processes which include maintaining a chart of accounts, invoicing and payment, payroll, tax reporting, and third-party system integration. Cheryl makes the client experience as effortless as possible from an accounting perspective.
