Trash bins would remain full and floors wouldn’t be vacuumed regularly. To address this, we increased the frequency of evening cleaning services, ensuring private office members returned each morning to a freshly cleaned workspace.
Finally, VUKA hosts numerous after-hours events, which require reliable cleanup on irregular schedules. Many prior vendors struggled to coordinate these changing timelines. Our team implemented a structured scheduling system that aligned our cleaning staff, management team, and VUKA’s events team. This system ensured event spaces were cleaned promptly and ready for the next day’s activities without disruption.
