Challenges:

As a result, the community manager was able to refocus on what she does best—welcoming members and giving tours to prospective clients.

Another issue involved the private offices. Because these spaces are occupied during the day, previous cleaning companies were unable to service them frequently enough. Trash bins would remain full and floors wouldn’t be vacuumed regularly. To address this, we increased the frequency of evening cleaning services, ensuring private office members returned each morning to a freshly cleaned workspace.
