We hired NAE in early 2016 to provide daily janitorial services for our yoga studios. Over the last several years, we have grown and NAE has grown with us! They are organized, perform consistently high quality work, are responsive to any last minute requests and are amazing with communication. There was one occasion where someone graffitied the side of one of our buildings. I called our account manager for help and they had someone out to take care of it within 1 hour. Even more impressive, they didn’t charge us a penny. If that doesn’t scream great customer service, I don’t know what does! We value our relationship with NAE and I recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing cleaning company experience. Thank you NAE!
